aAdvantage Consulting was established in Singapore in late 2002. The founders of the firm previously worked with international consulting firms like Andersen, Cap Gemini, Ernst & Young and KPMG. Most of our founders were former colleagues and are close friends. Bonded by the belief that management consultants need to get more involved in operational and implementation work, the focus of aAdvantage’s work is to ‘Make Strategy Work!’ for our clients. Our service offerings grew as more consultants and facilitators joined the practice. Today, aAdvantage’s range of interventions and tools are grouped under Aligning Organisations and Enabling People, and we deliver projects across the Asia-Pacific region.
aAdvantage was also set up with a distinctive client-focused culture. Our values guide the way each consultant works on their client engagements and how we relate to one another. We share a common belief and pride ourselves in aAdvantage as a great place to do great work.
aAdvantage began our presence in China through the setting up of a Xiamen office in early 2003. The practice started with a small but distinguished list of MNC clients that has grown to a list that spans across the country. The office was moved to Beijing in 2007, and is presently well-staffed by both Singaporeans and Chinese.
