| Mission-Vision-Values Design and Cascading |
| |
We work with client organisations to define/review their organisation Mission, Vision and Values (MVV), articulate specific
changes to beliefs, behaviors and practices to achieve performance breakthroughs, and cascade the desired culture by using
different interventions to engage teams in improving the way they work together.
Our Approach
The aAdvantage Difference…
Methodologies promote lasting change
Our approach involves enabling change from both the organisation and individual perspectives. Our ‘Lasting Change Best
Practices framework’ factors in the Need for Change, Shared Vision, Leadership Commitment, Employee Involvement,
Systems Changes and Performance Measures.
High level of management and staff engagement
Our approach ensures a high level of management awareness and commitment throughout the process. We effectively use
various adult, active indoor and outdoor learning methodologies in our workshops and training interventions to create high level
of leadership/ staff involvement.
Translating MVV into Action
We believe that successful MVV cascading needs to result in behavioural change. We incorporate various ways in our approach
to ensure that the desired behaviours are clear, relevant and measurable to all staff. Ways to demonstrate these behaviours
are generated during our training workshops and client organisations often capture these and promote/ communicate these
behaviours to reinforce the training efforts.
Sample Clients:
Some of our clients that have undergone corporate-wide MVV initiatives include Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (1500 staff),
CPG Corp (2000 staff), Infocomm Development Authority (1200 staff), SingHealth Services (12,000 staff),
Vital.org – Centre of Shared Services (500 staff) among others |
