The key driver to the change is the need to inculcate a safety culture within the industries and thus significantly reducing the accident frequency rate. To do this effectively, our client recognises that it must change the way it engages the industries, in particular, how the frontline staff must move away from the current “event-driven” interventions to that of “systemic” interventions. This will free senior management to focus their time and resources to address strategic level issues.
Our client recognises that such a change requires both organisational (e.g. structural, process, systems) and individual transitions (i.e. behaviours, skills and attitude), and chose aAdvantage as a partner to act as a coach/facilitator for the change journey.
