| Senior Research Consultant/Manager |
 |
The incumbent will work as part of a team to leverage professional skills and functional knowledge, translating a client’s business issues into research objectives, using appropriate research design and methodologies. The objectives of the research are to effectively assist clients address their business issue effectively.
You will conduct custom primary research to help your clients understand the impact of change on their stakeholders (employees, customers, partners), and to help your client find solutions that will benefit both the company and their employees. Examples of studies include: customer perception and satisfaction; brand perception and awareness; employee engagement and organisational climate |

| The key areas of responsibilities include: |
| • |
Conduct all forms of qualitative research including in-depth interviews, focus groups, and observational techniques. |
| • |
Conduct all forms of quantitative research including design, sampling, data collection, and analyses. |
| • |
Design in-depth interview guides, focus group guides, and questionnaires. |
| • |
Develop and present suggested action plans based on the research results and other available information. |
| • |
Deliver research results, implications, and suggested action plans based on the research results and other available information. |

Requirements: |
| • |
Graduate degree in Business, Social Science, Science or Mathematics |
| • |
3-5 years prior market research, business-to-business market research or employee research in a consulting, corporate, other service organization. |
| • |
Strong organizational and project management skills. |
| • |
Experience and knowledge of all data collection techniques |
| • |
Background and experience in designing and facilitating focus groups. |

The key areas of responsibilities include:

Liaise suppliers and clients on training logistics arrangements e.g. negotiation and booking of seminar packages, receive bookings & confirming participants, co-ordinate catering arrangement and materials preparation etc. |

Provide administrative support e.g. preparation of training evaluation reports, keep accurate records of course attendances and statistics |

Assist in the preparation of marketing materials e.g. copywriting and design of materials |

Requirements: |

Diploma holder with 1-2 years experience |
| • |
Strong organisational ability and excellent customer service skills |

Good written English with a flair for creative writing |
| • |
Must be adept in use of MS Office particularly in Word and PowerPoint |
| • |
Capability in graphic design and an interest in HR development work will be a plus |
