The 3-day program was specially designed to develop and assess leadership potential in a group of about 30 senior officers. On top of that, it provided an opportunity for officers to gain in-depth knowledge about leadership skills through the synthesis of leadership models and customized experiential learning activities.
The officers were thrown out of their comfort zones during the leadership expedition where they were activated in the wee hours of the morning with engineered scenarios to test their teamwork and leadership abilities, allowing them to put what they have learnt from the leadership models into practice.
RESULTS
With the high spirits of the team, the officers not only strengthened the bond they have with each other and more importantly, they learnt to encourage, demonstrate care, trust and rely on each other through the tough challenges.
