Annie Lee

Annie LeeAs a facilitator for more than six years, Annie’s training experience included being a Manager/Facilitator in Outward Bound Singapore. She has been interviewed by radio station FM95.8 about her role as a facilitator in Outward Bound Singapore. In the Outward Bound World Conference in 2002, Annie was selected to be the emcee for the closing ceremony.

She has developed and trained various organizations in team development programs. Notably, she developed and built on teambuilding programs for the Singapore Prison Services, Insead Business School, Immigration & Checkpoint Authority, Starhub, and SingTel amongst others. As part of the training program that led to the 2004 Olympics Games, she also developed a teambuilding program for the national table tennis players. The program was well-received by the team sports psychologist, coaches and players, with a follow-up run in 2005.

Besides teambuilding programs, Annie has experience in facilitating MVV (Mission, Vision And Values) programs for senior management and executives from Singapore Tourism Board, Temasek Holdings and SingTel Information Systems Division. She has also facilitated corporate retreats, new staff induction programs for various organizations.

As a facilitator, Annie firmly believes that an optimal learning environment should be one that not only engages the participants to challenge their own existing paradigms but also one that is fun and enjoyable. She strives to create this experience in all the programs that she conducts.

Besides training delivery, Annie has also worked on strategic planning and execution of large scale sports events like Anlene Orchard Mile, Pan Pacific Singapore City Chase and JPMorgan Chase Corporate Challenge in 2007.
