 Anthony has over 10 years of experience as a Trainer/Facilitator in the training industry.
Passionate in youth development work, Anthony has conducted outdoor adventure/ experiential learning programmes for thousands of Singaporean youths in his 3 years as an Outward Bound instructor. He had also successfully led numerous overseas cross-cultural youth expeditions to countries such as Brunei, Cambodia, Malaysia, New Zealand, South Africa and South Korea.
Anthony carries with him corporate training experiences as a senior corporate trainer where he conducted professional development programmes in the areas of Team and Leadership Development for Singapore Management University, INSEAD Business School, Goldman Sach, Philips Singapore, Singapore Technologies, HOME Team, etc.
In his final role as Manager (Overseas Youth Programmes), Anthony successfully contributed to expanding Outward Bound Singapore’s reach by developing new programme destinations to countries such as Slovakia, South Africa and South Korea.
Prior to joining aAdvantage, Anthony headed Automobile Association of Singapore’s (AAS) Programmes & Activities Department. He was responsible for developing and leading the Association’s famed driving expeditions to Malaysia, Thailand and the Indo-China countries.
Anthony’s expertise and experiences in driving behavioural change through team and personal development is employed in many of aAdvantage’s organisation-wide OD projects for clients such as Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS), Changi Airport and SingHealth.
