BeiXian is a graduate of Columbia University, and brings with her a unique perspective as a biomedical engineer. Since joining aAdvantage Consulting as an Analyst, she has been involved in projects from both public and private sectors.

She has conducted numerous types of consulting and research studies, including market research, customer research and organisation climate surveys. She is experienced with various survey methodologies, both quantitative and qualitative, ranging from face-to-face household interviews, mail-in hardcopy questionnaires and e-Surveys. Recent clients include the Ministry of Manpower, Bukit Panjang Government High School, the National Kidney Foundation, the National Healthcare Group Polyclinics and the National Environment Agency.
