She has been in charge of expatriate recruitment and visa-oriented government relationship, liaising with local government authorities & foreign consulates/embassies to China. Her clients include world-class engineering/energy giants, such as: MaisonWorleyParsons, Bechtel and InterGen Meizhouwan Power Plant (a Bechtel-shell venture) etc. Her experience with Bechtel on the Cnooc & Shell Petrochemical Project centered on dealing with 750 expatriate employees and their dependants from 25 different countries. Bena got certified on the training of Engineering Contract Coordination by Bechtel and attended communication training courses held by International Association of Business Chapter in HK. Prior to joining aAdvantage, Bena was responsible for key recruitment projects targeting technical experts and top management talents for MNCs in JP Executive and Search Company Ltd, JP International.
