 Chern Han is a sought after consultant who brings with him 13 years of experience in organization development consulting. In his role as facilitator, he was engaged on long term projects facilitating behavioral change in the implementation of Total Quality Management, Lean Manufacturing, Organization Restructuring and Service Transformation through team, leadership and coaching and other developmental interventions.
Prior to joining aAdvantage Consulting, Chern Han was a Principle Consultant with Compass Training & Consultancy specializing in team, leadership and performance management. He has trained and consulted regionally in countries such as Singapore, China, Hong Kong and Malaysia. He also lectures part-time at Singapore Institute of Management in the subject of Leadership and Human Resource Development. His areas of focus include: Executive-level Engagement and Facilitation; Leadership Development; Value Design, Cascading and Alignment; Executive Coaching; Indoor and Outdoor Teambuilding; Retreats; Inter-personal and Communication Skills Training; Psychometric Profiling; Train-the-Trainer.
