A skilled trainer in the areas of Professional Selling Skills and Customer Service Skills, Crystal has developed and facilitated programmes in these areas for Coca Cola, Kraft (China), Hewlett Packard, Lotte, Maersk, RFMD, Emerson, DaimlerChrysler, Elcoteq, Unilever, HAVI and Sanofi-Aventis amongst others.
