 David Tuo has over 5 years of training experience in training and development. David was a Senior Facilitator with Genesis Education Group where he conducted leadership and professional development courses. David has designed experiential learning programmes for numerous MNCs in China, these include Hewlett Packard, IBM, Nokia, Siemens, Glaxo SmithKline, Pfizer and Microsoft . In his role as the Training Director of 51Job China, David Tuo also managed the development and marketing of training programmes. David’s experience covers: Indoor and Outdoor Team Development, Leadership Development, Large-scale Teambuilding event, Culture/value Awareness Cascading Program, and Effective Communication. David also facilitates the Leadership Development component of the Executive MBA programme at Tsing Hua University and Beijing University.
