With over 13 years of consulting and facilitation experience, Dinah’s areas of focus include Leadership Development; Strategic Planning, Service Transformation, Corporate Coaching; Teambuilding; Inter-personal and Communication Skills Training; Creativity and Innovation; Stress and Time Management; Psychometric Profiling; and Train-the-Trainer. 

Dinah was a trainer for the Business Excellence Assessor Certification program which has certified more than 1500 internal assessors since 2000.  She has been involved in Business Excellence (Singapore Quality Class/Award, Innovation Class, Service Class and People Developer Class/Award ) certifications; and  Organisational Climate Survey, Customer Satisfaction Surveys, Focus Group Discussion, Mystery Audits and 360° Feedback consultancy. 

Dinah has also provided consultancy services in industry capability upgrading and development of industry roadmaps for the Association of Certified Security Agencies, Security Association of Singapore, Singapore Furniture Industries Council, Singapore Jewellery Association and National Parks Board etc.
