Edwin has over three years of experience in the field of human capital management. He specialises in competency management with a strong focus on performance, change and resource management. He has had extensive involvement in providing customised solutions for his clients in the pharmaceutical, telecommunication, financial and education industries on strategic alignment, competence assessment, needs analysis and strategy implementation.
Edwin graduated with an Economics degree and spent a year in Stockholm, Sweden working for 3S AB, a business consulting firm where he did extensive market and competitor research. He continued in Singapore for 3S's subsidiary where he spent 2 years building the company's business and working with its clients developing and implementing human capital solutions.
