Eliza Tan specialises in Learning and Development for more than eight years. Currently, her focus is on conducting communication and customer service workshops. She has helped developed more than 1000 people in their communication and customer service related skills and has received excellent scores for her course leader ratings, in particular for her ability to build rapport with participants.
In her role in a local integrated engineering group, she has helped foster many teams through team-bonding sessions for the various business units and has received compliments and excellent response from them. Eliza holds a strong belief in people development and is keen to make a difference in people’s lives in small and simple ways.
