Home > Our People > Falicia Tan   Falicia Tan   With over 7 years of training and facilitation experience, Falicia has developed and facilitated numerous programmes in psychometric assessment (e.g. DiSC, MBTI®, Facet5, etc), personal mastery, personal development, leadership development, team development, mentoring, corporate social responsibility (local and overseas trips), communication, and team-building. Some of the clients she has worked with include Ministry of Education, various academic institutions, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Community, Youth & Sports, various grassroots organizations, Singapore Prison Services, National Library Board, Singapore Institute of Management, Singapore Boys’ Home, Toa Payoh Girls’ Home, Immigration & Checkpoint Authority, Home Nursing Foundation, National Council of Social Services, Social Service Training Institute, etc. She is a firm belief in people and their boundless potential, and has employed this belief in her work with a myriad of clientele groups. She derives her greatest satisfaction in witnessing lives being transformed, and knowing she had the opportunity to play a role in the process. Prior to aAdvantage, Falicia was the Head of Family Life Education & Training in a social service agency. She was a speaker at the MBTI Asia Conference 2008 and had the experience of hosting a 3-month ‘live’ radio show on 938LIVE where pertinent social issues were vigorously discussed on-air.
