Prior to joining aAdvantage Consulting, Hui Ting has been working closely with industry professionals in consulting projects during her undergraduate days. She was involved in Policy Review and Business Process Re-design projects for Tanglin Club and Bizlink. Hui Ting graduated from Singapore Management University with a degree in Business Management, bringing with her a background in Finance and Accountancy.

Since joining aAdvantage Consulting as an Analyst, she has worked closely with various clients in Qualitative Research, Industry Studies and Focus Groups. She was responsible for the statistical groundwork and critical analysis for these projects, where the results and recommendations were made to meet the objectives of the projects. Most recently, Hui Ting has also been involved in Organisational Excellence and Business Process Re-design projects which serve to help the clients in improving their processes and systems.
