Irene has over nine years of experience specialising as a consultant in change management, organisation and leadership development. Her work involves organisational culture & learning, service transformation as well as innovation. She has led organisation-wide projects that involved creating, achieving and sustaining organisation mission, revamping organisation image and developing leadership capabilities. She uses her psychology training and a variety of personality profiling tools to complement her consultancy practice so as to leverage the link between human capital and positive business outcomes.

Prior to joining aAdvantage Consulting, Irene has freelanced as a Project Consultant with Watson Wyatt where she ran leadership assessment centres and leadership coaching. Her business facilitation work included work plan reviews and teambuilding programmes. She was invited as a Guest Lecturer with the National Community Leadership Institute and engaged as a work-life consultant with the Ministry of Community and Development, Youth and Sports (MCYS). 

Irene has also worked in two statutory boards over 13 years where she led multiple departments in business development, policy-making, project management, public affairs, community and social development work.
