Isaac or affectionately known as ‘zac’ is a passionate, humorous and an insightful facilitator. His ability to engage participants from the onset creates a vibrant and positive environment with high level of participation.

Prior to being part of the elite training team of aAdvantage, he has vast working experiences in the corporate world in several industries and in various capacity. This has given him the unique advantage of seeing and understanding situations and challenges from various perspective thus enriching the learning experience.

He has developed and led numerous high impact teambuilding programs which incorporates water-element, land-element and high ropes courses. The learning from these programs are derived from the participants own experiences and surfaces learning nugget that is useful in their workplace. He has planned and managed groups from as small as 10 participants to as large as 400 participants.
