 Jacqueline brings with her over 16 years of organisation development consulting, human resource management and corporatisation/restructuring experience. Prior to founding aAdvantage Consulting, Jacqueline was an Associate Director in the Business Advisory Services Team in Ernst & Young Associates. Previously, she was a Manager in the Strategy Organisation and People Team in Arthur Andersen Business Consulting; and has also worked in KPMG Consulting for several years. She has consulted on projects in Singapore, Brunei and Thailand.
Jacqueline is an experienced Project Director/ Manager having successful worked on numerous large-scale projects. Another area of her specialisation is in Market and Customer Research where her consulting experience provides valuable insights during action planning and recommendation. Jacqueline was also a member of SPRING Singapore’s Singapore Quality Award (SQA) Management Committee. She has successfully assisted many clients achieve the Singapore Quality Class and People Developer certifications. Her focus areas are in Market & Customer Research; Organisational Climate Surveys; Process Review and Design; Job-Roles and Competencies Design; Change Management; Performance Management Systems & Business Excellence Frameworks.
