Jayne graduated from Nanyang Technological University with an Honours degree in Business, bringing with her a background in Tourism and Hospitality Management. Since joining aAdvantage Consulting as an Analyst, she has worked closely with various clients in conducting Organisational Climate Surveys and Focus Groups centred on internal and external customers. She has been responsible for the statistical groundwork and critical analysis, where the results and recommendations may subsequently impact the client’s organisational development projects. Most recently, Jayne has also been involved in Organisational Excellence projects which serve to help the clients in improving their processes and systems.
