 With over 8 years of facilitation experience, Joan focuses on programs for personal development, leadership development and team development through using the outdoor as classroom. Joan’s strong facilitation skill has been applied in numerous programs for multi-national corporations, insurance agencies, banks, investment companies and academic institutions.
Prior to aAdvantage, Joan has designed and delivered programmes in leadership & team & development, Change Management, Personality Assessment, as well as, restructuring workshops for IWNC (I will not complaint) Hong Kong, and Outward Bound China, where she managed the Guangzhou office and a team of trainers.
