Since joining aAdvantage Consulting as an Analyst Consultant, she has been involved in Corporate Planning workshops, as well as Organisation Climate Survey and Focus Group projects centred on internal and external customers. Joan was also responsible for steering the statistical groundwork and critical analysis for these projects, where the results and recommendations served to direct the organisations’ subsequent organisational development projects.
