Jun's diverse experience spans from customer service, wealth management, sales operations management, process improvement, technology implementation and talent management.
Formerly a Vice President in a financial institution Jun has worked alongside accomplished individuals in the industry and has experience championing people development initiatives in Singapore and Australia.
In her past portfolio, she was responsible for strategic planning, talent management and business performance management. In recent years, Jun plays an instrument role in achieving industry accolades and setting the financial institution apart from competition through continuous service excellence initiatives.
In her aim to develop the professionals of the contact centre industry Jun collaborates with other business managers across major industry sectors to drive the people development initiatives for the industry as an execute committee member of the Contact Centre Association of Singapore.
