Kay holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from University of Kent at Canterbury, UK and a MBA from University of South Australia. Prior to joining aAdvantage Consulting, she was working for Ansoff Associates Asia as a Research Analyst and for Euromonitor International as a Research Associate.
Since joining aAdvantage Consulting as an Analyst, she has been involved in implementing Organisation Climate Surveys, Focus Group Discussions and Mystery Audit projects for organisations that involved both internal and external customers.
