Kenneth has several years of experience conducting market and industry studies locally and overseas. Prior to joining aAdvantage Consulting, Kenneth was working in a global market research firm in both the Singapore and Taiwan offices. During his stint with the research firm, he oversaw all phases of project management and analysis. He was also responsible for implementing numerous regional and local research projects, utilizing a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
Since joining aAdvantage Consulting, he has been involved in projects to help clients review their work processes, as well as analysis for improvements through customer perception surveys. He is also involved in helping clients to strengthen company’s employee engagement and to promote desired brand behaviours and core values to enhance service standards.
