Lijie has garnered about 3 years of experience in the arenas of talent identification and assessment from recruitment and headhunting work. He has been serving high performing organizations from diverse industries and backgrounds, ranging from the small & medium enterprises to government linked companies and fortune 500 global multinational companies.
Prior to aAdvantage, he has also undertaken interesting portfolios such as headhunting “headhunters”, developing new products and services such as workforce transition, recruitment process outsourcing as well as the development of in-house inspirational newsletter etc.
