Prior to joining aAdvantage Consulting, Marcus worked as a Teaching Assistant in the Department of Sociology at the National University of Singapore. During his free time, Marcus also worked as a Tour Manager at several local Scuba Diving companies.

In the Department of Sociology, Marcus assisted in the drafting of undergraduate courses, as well as the conduct of undergraduate tutorial facilitation.

As a scuba diving Tour Manager, Marcus was responsible for coordinating and executing overseas scuba diving trips and guiding customers in their exploration of various international destinations. Since joining aAdvantage Consulting as an Analyst, he has been involved in Mystery Audits, Focus Group Studies and the Facilitation of several workshops.
