Martin Voon (MSC Organisation Behaviour) has been in the field of corporate training for more than 10 years. He specialises in using experiential-based activities to help facilitate learning on essential elements of high performance teams and leadership skills.

He has trained and consulted regionally in countries such as Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines and China. His areas of focus include: Senior management-level Business Facilitation; Leadership Development; Indoor and Outdoor Teambuilding; Retreats; Inter-personal and Communication Skills Training; Psychometric Profiling; Train-the-Trainer.

Having worked for three different Outward Bound Schools in Asia, Martin has got all the qualifications to conduct outdoor experiential training workshops. He has led corporate groups on adventure expeditions in Yangshuo, Guilin, hiking and abseiling off the Great Wall of China; expeditions into the deserts and snow capped mountains in Xinjinag, Western part of China etc.

Prior to joining aAdvantage as the Managing Consultant of Beijing office, Martin was the Deputy General Manager for Gung Ho Management & Consulting Ltd and oversees sales and business development in Shanghai, Beijing and Xiamen.
