Natalie has more than 10 years of experience in the training industry, spanning across the Healthcare, Electronics, Banking and Insurance industries. She has extensive hands-on experience in change management initiatives, building customer service experiences, cascading of organizational values and training and development.
Natalie’s expertise and strong facilitation skills saw her participating in many aAdvantage’s organization-wide projects for clients such as SingHealth and Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS).
Prior to aAdvantage, Natalie has designed and delivered programmes in team development, change management, customer service, communication skills, presentation skills and Behavioural Analysis (DISC). She has conducted workshops in Hong Kong, China, the Philippines and Malaysia.
