Nicholas has over 3 years of consulting experience in financial and performance management, process improvement and corporate governance. His areas of focus include corporate governance reviews, organisation structure design, HR capability development, business process re-engineering, costing model development and financial advisory for Public-Private-Partnerships. In these projects, Nicholas was responsible for steering the groundwork, facilitating workshops and group discussions, as well as performing both qualitative and quantitative research.

Prior to joining aAdvantage, Nicholas was a Senior Associate in the Business Advisory Services Team in Ernst & Young Associates, where he consulted on projects for the government sector in Singapore.
