 Ola Chin brings with her over 12 years of hands-on experience and knowledge in Learning and Development, Human Resources and Quality fields. She has been a trainer/facilitator; organization, systems and processes designer; and she has also held leadership positions at multi-national corporations, such as Caterpillar Inc.
Ola received her Bachelor Degree in English Education from the Xuzhou Normal University and attended the Executive Education from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS).
Ola obtained Six Sigma Black Belt training and certification from Motorola University. In addition she is also a Certified Targeted Selection Administrator by Dimension Development International (DDI) and attended Pennsylvania University’s Training & Development education.
