Chia Peng TengPrior to joining aAdvantage Consulting, Peng Theng has worked as an Airport Manager with the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore. He was involved in projects in areas of airport management ranging from aviation security, facility enhancement, quality service management and customer service.

He has also lectured on topics pertaining to Airport Management with specific focuses on Service Quality and Customer Service at the Singapore Aviation Academy. As a consultant, he has been involved in Business Excellence (Singapore Quality Class, Innovation Class and People Developer) certifications, SMART initiative and Organisational Climate Surveys. Clients he has worked with include Yokogawa Engineering Asia, Ministry of Finance and Republic Polytechnic.
