Home > Our People > Raymond Lee   Raymond Lee   Raymond has over 12 years of consulting experience in corporate restructuring, transformation and change management. His work involving corporate transformation include the application of a variety of strategic planning, organisation design, change management and human resource tools. Prior to founding aAdvantage Consulting, Raymond was an Associate Director in the Business Advisory Services Team at Ernst & Young Associates.  Previously, he was a Manager in the Strategy Organisation and People Team at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting. He also spent two years working in the Philippines setting up and operating a regional office for a trading company as part of his scholarship bond. Raymond is also a sought-after speaker/ facilitator and frequently facilitates Senior Management Workshop/ Retreats where he relates his consulting experiences through an engaging delivery style. Another area of his specialisation is in Mapping Customer experiences where he facilitates the transformation of service experiences for client organisations.
