Roger graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Electrical Engineering. Since joining aAdvantage Consulting as an Analyst, he has been involved in Customer Satisfaction Surveys, Qualitative Research, and Industry Studies. He was responsible for the statistical groundwork and critical analysis for these projects, where the results and recommendations were made to meet the objectives of the projects.

Most recently, Roger has worked with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), National Healthcare Group Polyclinics (NHGP), and e-Cop Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Certis CISCO.
