A passionate facilitator and consultant, SC carries with him many years of experience from the role of Board member, General Manager, Head of Sales/ Marketing, and Trade Marketing in various industries such as Fast Moving Consumer goods (Food & Beverage, Breweries) Health care (OTC; Eye Health) in developing and developed countries.  

SC is one of the main facilitators to deliver customer service workshops with some of our key clients, including Mercedes' Benz in China.
