Simon Goh
 
Simon Goh Simon specialises in the areas of Customer Service, Communication Skills and Presentation Skills. Before joining aAdvantage Consulting Group, Simon has over 19 years of service experience pertaining to the Tourism and Retail sectors. These include his years in diverse industries from training retail, tourist guides and travel agents to managing a local WWII museum.

As a trainer, he has worked with participants coming from a large spectrum of the local service industry, such as the Ascott Holdings, Singapore Changi Aiport and Certis Cisco. He was part of the team, in collaboration with MFA, which was involved in the Frontline Training Programme in Hanoi, Vietnam. He has also been involved as a “Master Trainer’ of SuperHost Singapore and ‘Trainer’ for local inbound guides.

His experience also includes being part of the team to initiate the needs and framework for the National Skills and Recognition Scheme for both Retail and Tourism industry.
