 Tessa has over 8 years of experience, including both an internal role in an MNC as well as providing human resource and organisation transformation consulting for a range of public and private MNC clients in Singapore. Before joining aAdvantage Consulting Group, Tessa was a Senior Associate in the Business Advisory Services Team of Ernst & Young Associates. Prior to this, she spent about 4 years in the Strategy Organisation and People Team in Arthur Andersen Business Consulting.
Her focus areas are in leading transformation efforts through Change Management, Job, Roles & Competencies Design, Human Resource Development, Market & Customer Research, and Service Quality & Service. She has also managed projects in the areas of Market Research and Organisation Excellence & Quality Excellence Consultancy.
