Home > Our People > Victor Long   Victor Long   A passionate facilitator, Victor has eight years of training experience from the Logistics, Customer Service and Telecommunications industries, inclusive of two years of cross-cultural training work in Sri Lanka and Indonesia. Prior to joining aAdvantage, Victor was instrumental in engaging multiple stakeholders from different cultures and nationalities within his organization in order to analyse and understand the staff’s capacity building needs in their departments. Besides educating existing and new staff to become well equipped with the proper functional knowledge to run operations effectively, he has also imparted the essentials of good leadership and presentation skills to supervisors and mid-level managers among their local populations. The programme received highly favourable feedback from all participants. In addition, with proven results in operational efficiency and stakeholder relationships after the programme, the management team appointed Victor to assist other regional offices in similar implementations.
