 Vincent has more than 12 years of experience in strategy and transformation engagements. He was an Associate Director in the Business Advisory Services Team in Ernst & Young heading the Strategy Team. Prior to that, he spent many years working as a consultant at both Cap Gemini and Andersen. During that time, he worked in countries such as the US, Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore.
Vincent has led business transformations and corporate structuring projects across diverse industries such as government services, telecommunications and media, education, manufacturing services, financial services, property development and consultancy, security services, distribution and retail. His background in strategy and transformation as well as his facilitation skills has made him a key facilitator in many Strategic Planning, Work-planning and Senior Management Workshops/ Retreats. Vincent also spent 2 years in Xiamen, Suzhou and Shanghai heading aAdvantage’s China practice. His consulting focus are in Strategy Formulation and Articulation; Executive-level Engagement and Facilitation; Executive Coaching; Organisation Design; Process Review and Design; Values Design, Cascading and Alignment; Indoor and Outdoor Teambuilding/Retreats.
