AIM
The business objective of the programme is to get the people on-board and engaged in realising the desired CAAS Vision and Mission. Changi Airport has been successful for the past 25 years but that does not guarantee success over the next 25 years. In wanting to achieve future success, CAAS recognises that it’s people must be fully committed and clear about their roles in driving the organisation forward. The working culture developed must both be conducive for existing staff and also be attractive to prospective employees.

RESULTS
Awareness and buy-in across all members (1,500 staff) who attended the series of 2D1N workshops. The business case for change, together with clarity on organisation purpose, what to achieve and “The Way We Work” help galvanise all the people and prepare them for the challenges ahead. Content for the programme is also used for staff induction and employer branding purposes.
