Retreat

The client had a regional retreat for their senior management in Bintan.
After sessions of intense workshops and strategic planning, all the participants wanted was to let down their hair and have a good time interacting and mingling with one another in good fun! We designed a half day program for them that took them out of the restrictive walls of the ballrooms into the open fields facing the sea, where the trans-national and cross-cultural teams came together and completed a series of group activities.

The result? Beaming faces and refreshed minds. (The ice-cream definitely created a high!)
