The objective of this program is to enhance the “Teamwork” competency of all staff. The requirement for staff to work effectively in teams is critical to the success of the organization as much of their work is delivered through projects. The content covered in this program centers around imparting important team skills such as team problem-solving, working with different personalities, conflict management, role clarification, on-going team development, etc.
This program was implemented and sustained throughout the entire organization from year 2004 to 2006. Numerous batches of intact work and project teams, made up of staff from different levels, attended the workshop, held on an off-site location.
RESULTS
The feedback for this program was fantastic. Many departments and teams subsequently engage aAdvantage on follow-up workshops to further develop their team. The scope and depth of coverage of work we do for the organisation since then is a strong testimony to how we have helped them.
The success of this program also led to the launch of another organisation-wide team-based program entitled “Refresh and Recharge!”
