"人可以不满足, 可是不能不知足..."

Vincent Ho

Vincent is the “unlikely leader” of the pack. Over the last 13 years, he has etched out a living by providing advisory services to business leaders both in private and public practice. It is however in interacting with people that he has found his voice, karaoke aside. He was an intern in Washington DC, a business consultant in many cities in Asia, a first-time entrepreneur in Xiamen, China and now a proud father of two.

"Some people make things happen. Some people watch things happen. Some people don’t know what happen."

Yeow Chern Han

Han brought 17 years of adventure learning and pursuit experience with him. Besides his role as a management consultant/facilitator who is skilled at applying adventure based learning to organization development, on the personal level, he is also an avid adventurer who led groups on mountaineering, backpacking and river rafting expeditions internationally. He is also a pioneering member of the First Singapore Mount Everest Expedition. At this point of his life, he is more “domesticated” and tackling the most challenging of all adventures – raising his 3 children!

“Investing in what Will Last”

Estella Ng

Estella brought with her, years of experience in business development in the training and education industry. She also had some experience in training volunteers in the Singapore Zoological Gardens, and those on disaster relief missions. She has been to Sri Lanka, Aceh and Nias for humanitarian relief work and will continue to do so whenever possible.

A nature lover, Estella enjoys outdoor activities that allow her to connect with Mother Nature. Aside from trekking to Sikkim, she has also trekked in Vietnam, Malaysia, US, Indonesia and India. She believes that backpacking is one of the best ways to see the world. She hopes to take a month off, if her boss permits (*wink wink*), to backpack to Latin America or Central Asia in time to come soon.

"Faith, hope, love,
The greatest of these is love;
Love passionately for it bears all things through the seasons in life."
