Joan Yeo

Joan has 8 years of experience designing and facilitating outdoor adventure learning programs for corporations. One of the key highlights of her professional career was when she designed and facilitated a team of managers to Kashgar, Xinjiang for horse riding, trekking and corporate soical responsible in the desert.  Joan loves to travel and has been to places like Nepal, Australia, Indonesia, India, and Europe. She looks forward to explore South Africa.

Marcus Royce Lee Minn

Marcus has facilitating experience in both outdoor team building events as well as in corporate training programmes.  Most recently, Marcus has been conducting training sessions for staff at the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore.  While not at work, Marcus finds himself introducing people to scuba diving, as well as organising dive trips to international destinations.  He has also backpacked many locations in Southeast Asia and Central America, and hopes to be able to visit South America and dive with the sharks and seals of the Galapagos.

Victor Long

Victor has the experience of facilitating functional, outdoor training programs overseas for local staffs in developing countries such as Sri Lanka and Indonesia. In his previous employ, one of the key highlights of his professional experience was when he organized and facilitated a four-day practical training program for the entire Logistics local staffs from all districts in Aceh Province, Indonesia, with the goal of enhancing accountability for their work. Despite encountering earthquakes and civil unrests during his outdoor work overseas, Victor still loves the adventure and hopes to explore the Australian Outback soon.

Martin Voon

Martin Voon has been in the field of corporate training for more than 16 years. He specialises in using experiential-based activities to educate participants on the essential elements of high performance teams and leadership skills.Having worked for three different Outward Bound Schools in Asia, Martin has got all the qualifications to conduct outdoor experiential training workshops.

Yoga and tennis are what Martin loves to do during his free time. His passion for the outdoor spurs him to organise exotic trips to different parts of the world.

Yan Li Jie

With over 4 years of experience from working in a both non-profit and profit making organization, Lijie has taken up a wide range of roles and portfolios such as editor, youth worker, recruiter, facilitator, trainer & host. He enjoys meeting up with people from all walks of life and meeting their needs in a practical way.  He also believes in being a net giver through active volunteering and venturing to places & arenas where nobody wants to go.

Outside work, he enjoys reading, backpacking, “Singing it out” and movies that depict a sense of defying human passion of “when the stakes are high and against all odds” or movies that are simply “humor” in its’ rawest form.

Isaac Peter

Isaac is a fun-loving and adventurous facilitator. As an experienced teambuilding facilitator, he has designed, developed and conducted a wide range of training programmes, both outdoor and indoor. The nature of his programme includes water, land and even ropes challenge elements. He has led groups as small as 10 participants to huge group of 100 participants.
